( it doesn't take geralt that long to find the vein. after his initial exploration after he'd gotten here, he'd taken a few trips to the down to familiarize himself with everything so finding his way to the vein now wasn't difficult.

it actually reminds him of the bars and taverns he typically preferred back home. they're darker, louder, and full of unsavory types. he fits right in.

when he steps in, his eyes scan the area for rowan and he makes his way to the bar, taking a seat and tapping his fingers against the bar. luckily for rowan (and everyone), he's showered and clean, dressed in clothes that feel strange but fit him well enough. )

But, ok, she’s shaken up and she doesn’t really want to talk with anyone who knows Logan — any version of Logan — and maybe she shouldn’t be so weirded out since this isn’t “her” Logan. But she can’t help but be wary of anyone who saw that video and isn’t shaken up. ]

[Out of seemingly nowhere, Rowan will be treated to a number of pictures being sent to his phone of one (1) very good boy. Persephone's dog Cerberus can be seen curled up on the sofa, being fed some bacon under the table (where he might have more heads than Rowan is used to seeing), and looking very hopefully up at the camera in hopes that someone might give him more bacon. The final picture is essentially a poorly taken selfie of Cerberus in What is probably Zagreus's lap- though whether the poor quality is the fact that Zagreus barely knows how to handle a camera or the fact that there is a giant dog sprawled over him, who can say.]
